In the projects we undertake at home and abroad, we consider all processes as a whole, from design to assembly. We manage all our projects with expert project management team and ERP support. With our project management team, we analyze all areas of scope, time, quality, cost, resource, risk and purchasing within the framework of customer objectives for the successful realization of the project.
Design

With our experienced designer team, we understand the demands and expectations of our customers correctly, and we design corporate identity application projects in all details. We prepare the drawings for production with great care. As BOS Konzept, we prioritize efficiency, functionality and sustainability in all designs we implement with our technical expert team.
Production

We direct the works whose design and production project are completed to the Production Department from the Project team. After the completion of material supply, production, shipment and assembly planning, we start production. We take care to produce at a speed suitable for the planned delivery date, by using the raw materials with the desired technical standards, by considering the minimum error target.

Head of each installation team, the supervisor manages every aspect of the project before and after installation. We make the final delivery in full with our personnel who have professional competence and have completed technical and HSE-S training.
After selling

As BOS Konzept, we give a guarantee for all the products we manufacture and assemble. All kinds of service / maintenance requests that may occur as a result of situations such as damage and wear are fulfilled by our experienced teams as soon as possible, taking into account the highest level of customer satisfaction. We are always with our customers after production or assembly delivery.
